Rooms for rent are not easy to find in Bogotà if you introduce yourself as desplazado.
Displaced people count three millions count the displaced people searching for a shelter in the anonymity of such a big city. Men and women who never leave behind luggage, strolling lifeless along the boulevards of the colombian capital in search of litter to sell for a few coins.
More or less 19 million people are supposed to be living in Mumbai ( when Australia itself counts no more than 21 millions). Tangled balances keep such a gigantic human mechanisism working and that the fascinating mystery of such huge conglomerates of cities within the city. Here human kind is the protagonist, capable of finding unthinkable solutions to the urge of space and the criticism of a massive cohabitation.
Roundabouts are a labour market in Villa Literno. Farm hands come from the neighbouring towns, they are clandestine migrants. Farmers pick those ones they need and drive them to the fields. At first there were only black young farm hands, nowadays families, women and children are here. Care is here for them, tas well as exploitation.
And there are fields soaked with toxic waste, and shacks, and black young farm hands, and women and children...
There is a road and land lays around it. Let's imagine a land able to give a second chance to its dwellers: to migrants with no documents, to those displace dby the 1980 eartquake in Caqmpania, to thoose running away from their debts and to fugitives. Not to forget about htose who cannot simply afford to pay rent in the city of Naples.
This is the land of a second change, a territory which will give you at least a place to hide: from the registry office, from taxes, from the police, from an angry lover. Maybe even a second chance can be found here for those who will never win the jackpot. Welcome to Via Domiziana, Caserta, Italy.
Stories about the poetry of surviving in tdifferent parts of the world, stories of the arrogance of economical power, violence and bad governance, MEN-SIZE STORIES.

Collective Donquixote
Donquixote (C. Dalmaviva, E. D'Orsi, P. Bosio, L. Tugnoli, A. COLOP, F. Colazzo, Laura d’amore, Roberto Carini) exists since 2002 and is the look of a group of photographers and video makers searching for a narrative style that gives space to the contradictions and nuances of this time. Different looks in style and topics, united by a common sensitivity to reality and by the impulse to tell stories about their surroundings, listening to the complexity of the world we live in, which is in constant transformation.
"Sometimes maybe kidding ourselves, but at least we are not in the business of deceiving others."
