He graduated in Bologna in 1999 and began his collaboration with Zoneattive, part of the Palazzo delle Esposizioni society in Rome. In 2001, together with the artistic director Marco Delogu and Luca Bergamo, is among the promoters of FotoGrafia - Festival Internazionale di Roma. Since 2005 he has been Director of Zoneattive, which in addition to FotoGrafia in recent years has promoted initiatives such as festivals and the enzymes Pelanda - Center for Cultural Production. Expert in project management for culture, which is active in several international networks with particular attention to the New Europe and the Mediterranean, is particularly interested in the artistic projects that, even using the languages most innovative of the new media and web, try to tell stories of our time. Italian curator, under the European Month of Photography, of the Mutations project, creator of the prize FotoGrafia Baume & Mercier, usually part of a portfolio readings in several international festivals, always looking for new talent to promote. In art and Image is currently working as curator invited to Lishui Photo Festival 2009 (China), collaborate in the selection of the artists of Focus Italia on Critical Mass 2010 (Portland, USA - www.photolucida.org), is a member of the international board who selects the artists in residence at the Paris 104 (www.104.fr), is responsible for the next Biennale Exhibition of Skopje (www.skopjebienale2009.mk) and is researching the design of the new format of the festival FotoGrafia 2010.
