Even the second edition of Tabò confirmed the success of the first, with the participation of 171 photographers well. Only 19 authors have submitted their works for both editions in two years and therefore well attended by 304 photographers. Among current participants, a resident in Finland, two in England and two in Germany. The credit for this success is undoubtedly linked to FotoLeggendo, an event known throughout Italy and appreciated for cultural activities and organization.

Ended in June, the Secretariat operations, registration of participants and verification of votes, on 29 July was held the last meeting of the Jury consists of:

After repeated viewing of the final work, debate on the various considerations set out by the jurors have been reported - for the Award of 2,000.00 Euro which will be decided by the readers of Portfolio FotoLeggendo 2010 - three pieces, instead of two as required by regulation, namely:

“Along the river” by Stephanie Gengotti of Rome, for the following reasons: "the jury was able to give the prize 'cause she could transform a subject too often photographed in an intimate story. Man's relationship with the places through stylistic elegance, narrative coherence and efficiency of editing. "

“Starless” by Massimiliano Tommaso Rezza of Rome, for the following reasons: "the ability to emerge through the use of a white and black essential and refined atmosphere as opposed to a universal vision of everyday life increasingly represented by stereotypes and by reassuring reflect conditions on real and authentic existence. "

“Laggiù-Down There” by Antonia Zennaro Hamburg, with the following motivation: "the strength of a report capable of involving the reader emotionally, making him live the retro atmosphere of sweet decadence and human frailty of the last red light areas of Hamburg through the intimacy of the characters portrayed cinematic atmospheres and effective use of color. "

The three works will therefore be included in the exhibitions FotoLeggendo 2010 that will be displayed at the ISA (Institute of Fire Prevention, Via del commercio 13A) from days 8 to 23 October 2010.
