The initiative has as its goal the allocation of a significant award for Best Portfolio, second prizes and two other reports in the work considered worthy by experts, who will gather in collective Jury Sunday, October 10, after the readings.
The First and Second Portfolio classified will be invited to attend the final selection of "Portfolio Italy 2010 - Epson Grand Prix - Kiwanis Award" of FIAF,
whose purpose is to identify the most appreciated of the Portfolio.The author of Portfolio Winner will receive an acknowledgment by FIAF aimed at continuation of the activity of 1.500,00 €.
The authors of two other portfolio, judged ex aequo, will - for the same purpose - € 500.00 each one.
The Closing ceremony of "Portfolio Italy will be held in Prato, near the Council Chamber of the Palace of the Province, on December 4, 2010, beginning at 6.30 pm hours.

REGULATION FotoLeggendo

Saturday, October 9 from 9.30 to 1.00 and from 2.10 to 6.30;

3. The selection is subject to free and Portfolio submitted (maximum of 2 per Author), each properly identified by a title, not be subject to any pre or limitation, as regards both the quantity of images, both for the format of the for both the photographic printing process provided.

4. To enter the prize is not provided or prescribed fee.

5. Will be accepted all the techniques of filming and all chemical and digital printing processes. We will not accept submissions for publications printing, slides and digital files submitted by authors even carry the equipment necessary for proper vision.

6. The author (with that term also means any group composed of several authors), for all legal purposes, is solely responsible for the content of their images.

7. Subscription to FotoLeggendo award "must be made by completing the appropriate form (downloaded from the site www.fotoleggendo.it) available at the Secretariat of the Organization during opening hours (8.30 / 17.30 in Saturday and 8.30 / 10.30 Sunday).

8. The Secretariat will number each card and, by priority of registration of order to secure the player's name, the date and approximate time of reading of the Portfolio.

9. It is not possible to examine the portfolio of authors are not present or submit your portfolio without the registration form.

10. Each author will be entitled to a maximum of two meetings with the players / Breeders maximum duration of 20 minutes each, presented for each Portfolio (up to 4 sessions). The meetings are open to the public reading.

11. The author after the first reading will subject the Portfolio to a second review, will recur in the Secretariat and fill out another registration form. The procedure is the same even if the presentation of a second portfolio. Will in any case by the Secretariat to give priority to the authors who have not yet submitted their Portfolio to the first reading.

12. Each artist will be required to submit, at the time of the meeting fixed, your job at Reader / Grader chosen accompanied by registration form issued by the Secretariat. Failure to submit on time will void the appointment.

14. The portfolio allowed the final examination of the jury, which can be collected from participants at the end of FotoLeggendo Award of 2010, will be returned by parcel post after 45 days from the closing date of the event. 3rd place: Photo Books.

19. The verdict of the Jury shall be final and participate in the selection implies the unconditional acceptance of these Regulations.

20. 21. Portfolio Winner will be exposed to FotoLeggendo 2011.
